I placed an order on August 1, 2011 on the internet and my confirmation indicated that I would receive my order on August 7, 2011 so I figured that August 7, 2011 was a Sunday so I would get my delivery on August 8, 2011. However, that did not happen and I was not concerned because I am living in Canada and I took into consideration the border and delay in customs. Well, on August 21, 2011 I checked my credit card statement and discovered that there was a charge for $85.57 on August 18, 2011from a company CALZAPCS.INFO when I enquired from my credit card company they had me wait on the line while they investigated and then they told me that it was a company for a product African Mango. I then called African Mango to enquire why was there a charge on my card for $85.57 and I had no received the product. The rep. spent 45 min. telling me of the "policy" they have to charge for the product 14 days after the order has been placed even though I had not received the product. I specifically cancelled any further orders and also told the thieves not to charge my credit card for any further products. The thieves went back again on August 22, 2011 and charge my credit card in the amount of $76.19 this time using the name Clearbody CS, in my annoyance I called them on September 2, 2011 to again enquire why was this charge made seeing that there was only one order received, I spoke to one Customer Rep. and she after asking for my name and email address hung up on me, I called back got another customer rep. feriously told her that this other person hung up on me and explained to her the nature of my call. She apologized then again took my name and email address, I told her that I wanted to ensure that any further orders were cancelled and PLEASE not to charge my credit card again, I then demanded a refund back onto my VISA she then told me she was going to pull my file and hung up on me. I called back this morning spoke to another customer rep. and regarding the two charges on my Visa. This rep. told me that my account was cancelled on August 22, 2011 and she confirmed again this morning that the account was cancelled and gave a confirmation # for both the African Mango and the Meta Burn and also offered to send me another order of product because they cannot give refunds she then gave me a tracking number for this supposedly new product being sent off. This afternoon I went online to check my visa account and of course they processed to charge my credit card AGAIN for $88.09 on September 2, 2011 after speaking with these thieves. I have had to call my credit card company and cancel my credit card this evening. I called them back and they are giving the same stupid explanation. I have called this fraudulant company 3 times and each time I called it has for some sick reason they have charged me and my question is WHAT FOR??? Did they charge me because I spoke to them?

  • Cancel your credit card as soon as you find out it's a fraud. I had the same situation: I ordered the sample on Aug 24th and they said it would arrive on 29th. I never received it btw. Suddenly they charged me again for $90.72 this morning, which is Sept. 5th. So I called my visa centre to cancel my card entirely to avoid any further charges.
