Melvin called said he was calling from a legal department and that one of my payday loans payment bounced and they was going to turn it over to the proper authorities,I ask who it was and he couldn't tell me he was reading the arbitration he said.I told him that the people that I got a loan from get paid bi-weekly from my checking acct.and he told me that this loan didn't get paid.I asked him why they didn't contact me before now he said that they did so since they couldn't get in touch with me they filed charges against me.These people have my information and everything they said I owe 650.00.Then Melvin told me since I want to resolve this all I had to au was 450.00 Western Union,He had me to fax a letter saying that I wanted to resolve this issue I sent him a fax 8/31/11 and I told him that I got paid on Fri. He called me 9/2/11 and said he was waiting for me to send 450.00 today i told him that i didn't tell him how much i was sending and that i couldn't pay the full amount but i can send 200.00.i sent 200.00 to cafe fone in NYC ,I did this Fri.9/2/11.
