unauthorized Billing mastercard . ordered free sample of Sylk and Vitalyze cream. Paid shipping as stated in promotion ONLINE by Sylk and Vitalyze. Billed for shipping as authorized to mastercard Daily GFit $3.02 and Vitalize $3.02. 02/11/2012. rec'd the sample products.
19/11/12 master card charge appeared on my statement for $81.80 NFLiving. no product ordered or received. now 4 different company names being used. phone listed not in service. sent an EMAIL to [email protected] requesting contract cancellation as advised by M/C. even though I signed no contract and only authorized the free samples.
