I CANCELLED ON THE 14TH OF NOVEMBER GOT A CONFIRMATION NUMBER BUT ON THE 21ST OF NOV THEY "STOLE" $59.99 OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. CALL TO GET REFUND, ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR, NOT AVAILABLE, ASKED FOR LEGAL DEPARTMENT, AND BUSINESS LICENSE AND WAS HUNG UP ON. WHAT GOVERNMENT AGENCY CAN I REPORT THIS TO? AM I GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK
