I received a text message from 951-992-9895 saying I had won a $1000 gift card from Target. I looked at a few previously filed reports and it appears to be a scam. I did not even attempt to visit the website, fearing it would give my computer a virus, so I googled the number first and found these comments. Don't trust it!
