A charge of $46.99, dated 10/14/12, was made on my Chase credit card. I first learned of it on my November bill payable in December.
I did not make any October purchase from AVG nor did I ever authorize AVG to charge my account for anything without my specific request.
Chase recommended that I first contact AVG, but there appears to be no way to do so except through your organization.
In seeking somewhere to go, I noticed that there are several other similar requests for the same amount of money charged on accounts with the same credit company, but I could not find out how they were resolved. Help, please.
