My husband and I attended a presentation at Direct Buy and were to receive a tablet pc. I went through all the steps required, paying the fee to get the certificate, returning the certificate with the shipping & handling charge, etc. The website shows the check was received and cashed on 6/23/12. I keep calling to find out why it hasn't been received and keep getting the run around. It's always just about to be shipped and I should get it any day. I never get an email response. And now the website is down and the phones are not being answered. If anyone is thinking about doing this...don't go to Direct Buy!
