I was searching online for the best loan that would get me through the holidays and my bills. I filled out several applications to find out the best rates and Payback terms. But, NEVER did I consent to a $30 application fee. Not only did they take my money without my consent, but I called into talk to them about refunding my money and all she would tell me was to go back on the website and fill out the application and take advantage of the loan. I could barely understand her and she would not let me talk to anyone else. Their website doesn't work...it sends you to a third party lender. So they take your money and don't even lend so what is the application fee for? Also, I tried to email the company at the contact us email that is provided, and this person does not exist. It comes back mailer demon. I am not happy about trying to find a way to get me through the holidays and they take out money that I NEED.
