International boundaries
Did contact online company info about loans, but did NOT commit or authorize orders. On November 14th, they withdrew $89.00 from our checking account...Went to the bank to dispute...bank called them and faxed refund forms per request.
The next day, the 15th, they withdrew another $89.00 from our acct. Went to bank, they called them and faxed info again....they claimed on the 15th the acct. I NEVER opened was CLOSED and not be accessable. This week when I checked status, they claimed they didn't get info from bank. Bank recommended file fraud charges with PD. I got copy of complaint and took to PD. No help yet. Went back to bank and they called them again confirming they had correct fax number and asked if they got request/complaint in mail sent over 2 weeks ago....they said no, so bank tried to fax, busy...then aquired email to send the report.
