I purchased a 3 year/2 bulb replacement program when I purchased an InFocus theatre projector 2.5 years ago. I needed the original bulb replaced at the two year mark. They were going to take over 8 weeks to replace the bulb. I told them there were many bulbs from suppliers in stock. CPS said they would send me a check and I could get my own bulb provided I sign their consent form. The bulb I purchased went out after 6 months so I am still within the 3 years and have only received one bulb. Now CPS is claiming my consent form I signed to receive the first check negates the total warranty.
