I ordered and paid for Office 2010 student version. The link they gave me was for Office 2010 Professional and after installing was out of license numbers. I went back to their web site, went into chat and asked them why the pro link. They answered back it was an operator error and I could keep the pro version for free! I re-connected to their chat and stated I was reporting them as a scam site.
