HP Repair Or Help Fix A Problem With A Printer

i bought a new hp photo smart 5520 printer.and they at hp were suppose to have connected it to my computer on the phone well having trouble, only prints one page and prints backwards like pg 5 to pg 1 and i called they said there is a problem they will call me back in one hour so i waited all morning and I called back this afternoon and same thing said they would call me back in few min guess what no phone call back.so if thats the service i get i will take this printer back to store and get another brand that i can get some service from.in canada no India.if thats all you think of your customers staples wont be to happy about that i will let them know.i will talk to staples head office
