This company made a cold call regarding a timeshare I own in Mexico & said they had an interested buyer. They said no fees up front, blah, blah, blah. Tell them how much I want for the property and they would advise buyer. After supposedly all ducks are in a row they then ask you for up-front monies for Mexico taxes & say that has to be paid prior to any finalization of sale. That is where they get money from you. This company is fraudulent and due diligence will prove it on your part.
