A Google search of the phone number listed on the bad charge brought up the ScamBook entries as well as the following information on the number:

This is the second time that a fraudulent charge has appeared on our credit card immediately after placing an order online at TANGACOM 435-688-9595 AZ (Also placed and posted 11/30/12)
