I ordered Ugg boots and while I did get some in the mail in a timely fashion, from China, they were not what I ordered. They actually emailed me when I complained in the Contact section of their web site (www.cyber-mondayuggs.com) with the following email address ([email protected]). Even though it was totally their mistake, they refuse to make it right only telling me I should sell them or give them away and order ANOTHER pair! Their restocking fee (after you pay for return shipping of course...) is 50% of original price...! Also, of course, the web site does not appear to be in service so I cannot get to my order details to properly dispute with Visa...ouch

- Picture indicates what I received which is incorrect size/model - ordered 5251 size US 5, received 5281 size 15.
