I have used PC CARE.COM in the past. I needed help with my PC and contacted the help line: 1-855-877-5849 paid my fees and had a person in India totally destroy my Desk Top hard drive. Yes, it only took several hours and several calls, but sure enough he wiped it out. Them to add insult to injury I receive a call and email for evaluation and feedback. I ask for a refund of the $150.00 and was told I would receive $50.00 refund. Well, several months later and I have received nothing n o money, no apology, nothing--not even the latest cricket score. STAY AWAY FOR THIS GROUP.
