I had three charges on my checking account today with Segpay. When I called they wanted my entire debit card acct. #. I had to call my bank and cancel the card. They also had a bogus email address for me.

Dear Sir, SegPay is an online payment processor for many websites. We offer 24X7 customer service and our agents are trained to only ask for the first 6 and last 4 digits of a credit card. If some reason we cannot locate the transaction based on the partial account number, email address, name, etc we will ask for the full card number. In the case of debit cards tied to checking accounts, many times there are two cards tied to the account and the transaction could have been linked to the second card.
