I called support and they answered as Dell support and transferred me to a tech line. They ran a diagnostic on my laptop and said that my OS had crashed and it would cost me $99 now and 2 more recurring months of $99. When I called back to cancel the case because I didn't want to pay that much money, I dialed a real Dell number who said i had warranty until 2015 and I shouldn't be charged for this. He also said that the name on my credit card transaction was not that of Dell. I have no idea what to do next!!
