Same complaint as the first one I just read #188843 about Prestige Homes and Escrow Solutions and CA Millenium Financing, inc. Same people involved: Benjamin Plata with Prestige Homes contacted me, Dora Villanueva with Escrow Solutions, Danny Lemm with Escrow Solutions, Stephanie Banks with CA Millenium Financing.....I was told that closing would be 11/16/12 and then when it did not occur, I called and called...finally 11/21/12 I was told by Dora that per the MX Government, I had to pay 19% property tax up front...I paid it by International Wire transfer...then a few days later I was told I had to pay Power of Attorney as the foreign owner = paid that...then they asked me for the capital gains tax per the MX Govt...I said No and then the "cancellation process" started but Stephanie would not answer my questions and simply stated that I would have to hire a MX lawyer and go to MX to get my money back BUT I would only get 15% back and it would take more than a year. When I asked for Stephanie's supervisor's name, she told me I was being disrespectful then claimed she was pregnant and had to go to the hospital = hung up on me. They all gained my trust...I borrowed the money from Grandma as I am a single mother with nothing and unfortunately I have breast cancer as well. I was just trying to sell my Mayan to pay off my doctor debt so I do not lose my house....now what? It seems I keep getting the answer of "it isn't in our jurisdiction"
