I was charged 1 pound to prove my identity and a few weeks later they have taken £69 without my consent. when i first visited the website, i thought they were lenders, it was not made clear that they were brokers, which is why i decided not to use the service. This has caused me a huge amount of distress and i now dont know how i can get my money back. I have also had the same problem with 2 other brokers, which gave the impression that they were lenders on the websites, they are My Loan, where I was charged £68.99 and your-finance.co.uk, where i was charged £79.95, both without consent. This is altogether £216.94 taken from me by scammers, $350.16.
