I purchased 4 policies from them and then I tried to use it on one of my properties. They kept giving me the 3-4 different reasons at different times why they wouldn't cover that AC (in summer months). I had to pay for the system myself and tried to cancel warranties. They eventually said they would reimburse me partially for the repairs for max of $1450. It took them over 4 months to issue the check. I am not kidding. 4months!!! Then they would not respond to my cancellation requests for 3 months and after the response they said they'd charge me for all that time I was waiting for their response. They are the worst by far. I used 1st American and Liberty as I have a lot of rental properties. And Sensible is by far is the worst and they try to squeeze every penny out of you. They are not acting like a big company, but rather as a scam company.
