I purchased Media Widget to transfer iPod to iTunes and it did not work! I have tried repeatedly to contact their support department and have received no response. I cannot believe that Microsoft supports them as a partner. I am wondering what has happened to this company and is it legitimate? My next step is to call Microsoft.

As of 12/15/12, my situation with the company has been resolved. They have contacted me and I have canceled my request for a refund.

- I wanted to remove this post but cannot. The best I can do is to say I have figured out how to manually enter iPod to iTunes using their Media Widget software. As of writing this, though, I still have had no communication from Bootstrap Development support department.
