I received a call this morning stating I am having a law suite filed against me, because of a loan that I have not been paying in the amount of 395.65 from cash advance America. I don't ever recall doing business with them and if I had the money would be drafted from my account automatically, anyway this guy was very rude yelling at me an demanding that I shut up when I had questions also he had all my information wrong which sent up a Red flag to me. He also kept saying I needed to make a payment today to resolve the issue or I will be arrested for fraud because they kept running my account an was unable to receive a payment he called from 9404408111 and said I needed to call him back at 9404408111 ext 2607 I don't appreciate being harassed and would like an apology.
