I did fill out an on line application, and recieve a loan agreement with a provider. the usual deal with these providers is that they debit your account every two weeks on payday. However today, thursday 27th Dec '12 I checked my account online a saw a $30.00 debit from Palm Loan Advances, not the provider I agreed to. So I see their phone number on my online statement and called to clear the matter, which also caused my utility payment to bounce, costing me another $35.00. They informed me that there was an application fee that would be returned if I accepted a loan they approved. But I never agreed or saw that clause in the application process, and they flatly refused to return my money. This is theft, I believe it is also wire fraud and definitly a scam. the scary part is they have my account info which could lead into identity theft. They are ruthless crooks!
