i got a letter in the mail from this so called company that said they would audit my mortgage to see if find mistakes and get me a refund if they found any. so i sent them the deposit and i was told that if nothing was found i would get my deposit back i did all the nessary steps to get my money back and still have not recieved it. at one time i was able to contact them by phone and e-mail, now that is no longer possibable
wen i was able to they said the had a high valume of refunds and it would take a few months could u please help me
