I ordered a bracelet and a ring from the website which claims to sell genuine tiffany &co. jewelry. i was told my order would arrive within 3-10 working days but actually took 2 weeks to get here and when it finally arrived it turned out to be fake and very low quality. i have emailed the company back twice enquiring about returning the goods for a full refund of £91.12 ($144.60) and have not been messaged back. The items i paid for were for an anniversary present and christmas present for my girlfriend and i have not been abe to give her either because they are fake.
