i sent for natural cleanse to go along with lipo slim. they were advertised by dr. oz on tv. $4.95 s&h only. did not see would be charged $79.99 two weeks later. tried pills one week. no results. when called to see about returning pills for refund was told by nicole they do not give refunds for opened bottles. no money back guarantee for their product! was charged an exhorbitant price i was not aware of, then told i could not get my money back if i returned it! apparently they do not stand behind their product. when i was charged $79.98 by lipo slim i called and walked through a recording to set up a return. was told i had 15 days to return for a full refund. i thought in america when a company sells you something there is always a money back guarantee. very disappointed with the ethics of this company. just wanted to warn other customers about the scam this company is pulling on the american people. first they do not adequately display there will be a higher charge in the future billed to you, then when you see it on your bank statement and call in good faith to return for a refund you will be told they do not accept opened bottles so now you are stuck with an $80 product that doesnt even work. so much for customer satisfaction. america is no longer the country it once was. when a business makes money off people and makes them a victim.....its over....
