They advertised on the radio that they were doing consumer spending research and that if you were approved you'd receive $2,000 in grocery vouchers to receive your favorite household products for FREE (not coupons for discounts). They say that they are able to give these free because large companies pay them for their research. They only ask that you pay the one-time-only shipping and handling fee of 19.95 for the instruction booklet and blank vouchers for you to fill out, and that there will be no other costs to you! What you receive is a booklet to CouponSavers.com where you have to order, pay, then wait for discount coupons to come in the mail....the same coupons you receive in the Sunday paper. When I called to cancel my order they said that they had to get my "request for cancellation" approved by a supervisor via email which could take 7-10 days! When I called back to check on my request they wouldn't answer. I still have not received my refund...This company is a scam!
