When I purchased this I was led to believe that only one point would count on one item. When I questioned bidrack I was told that every time I placed severeal bids for the same item, each bid took away $1.00 from my account. At that time I called and asked them for a refund because what they said and what they did was totally the opposite. They told me that they would not issue me a refund. Their company/website is a total scam. I haven't filed a complaint before this because I didn't know where to go to do so until I found your website today.
