Once you have entered your details, the background is grey with please check the terms and conditions written in grey too! So you cant see it and therefore dont click there to read it!

In the terms and conditions it says that they will debit your account 1 month later and for every month there after £74!!!!! And send you more of this face cream without you asking for it that is in fact what you are signing up for. However i strongly feel if this was made clear at the begining and the terms and conditions were clearlyu available to see many people would not have signed up for this. I definitely wouldnt have!! Furthermore the contact number's they give you to phone and cancel either dont work or the staff claim they havent got your order?! I was sent an order confirmation by email and ave sent written instructions to them via email to cancel this order as the people over the phone apparently couldnt trace my order. When i asked to take the agents anme she said Angela Smith, this may have been her name but given she had a strongly Indian acent i doubt it.i was left feeling screwed over. I am going to cancel my bank card in an effort to stop them taking money off me in 30days time, because it seems i am unable to get them to cancel it via email or phone so i have no alternative but to move my bank account so they cant get at the funds. Horrific customer service and a total scam.
