A gentleman by the name of Doug was advertising a bankruptcy preparation service. I needed an attorney that could file a bankruptcy electronically. Doug told me that he had located an attorney that would provide the service for $634.00 since my petition was already prepared. He gave me his NetSpend account number that he said was under the name of Gary Fuller that I sent the funds to through Money Gram. He gave me a fax number to send the bankruptcy documents to. He verified that he received the payment and verbally told me that I would receive the bankruptcy case number in the morning by 8am. he did not deliver the service nor has he returned my calls and his craigslist ad was deleted by the author. I called Money Gram and filed a fraud report. The rep from Money Gram said that I would have to contact Net Spend for any resolution.
