Just like everyone else complaining about this damn company. I was ordering christmas gifts for my wife via Sears website, and this Collagenta free sample " only pay for shipping" $4.95CAD. Then I am checking my Mastercard bill online and notice that a have an unauthorized charge of $138.82 on my bill. I am really ticked off and cannot get through with anyone at there customer service telephone number!! I will be contacting my bank and stop this payment. They have pissed off the wrong person.
