I ordered the trial LipoSlim for shipping charges only on 12/21/12. I did miss the fine print about the membership. My bad. My credit card company called and let me know of the $79.99 charge. I called LipoSlim at 888-241-6463 to cancel my subscription. My 1st call resulted in them trying to sell me additional bottles and then telling me they couldn't hear me and to speak louder. I eventually got to them to agree to the cancellation but they refused to email me the cancellation confirmation number they gave me over the phone. I then had to hang up because they kept saying they couldn't hear me. I called back immediately and the 2nd person told me that I would get an email confirmation within 24 hours even though the originally rep said I wouldn't. I told her I never used the bottle at all and that I would send it back for a full refund. She said she couldn't do that... I eventually got her to get authorization for a 50% refund. I will let you know if I get it and the email confirmation. I never received the initial order confirmation either and did check spam. We shall see. This is definately a scam and poor poor customer service.
