I received a text from 713-459-5579 (Target) that said: You have won a Target gift card for $1000. Click on Target-Prizes.com/? and input 51838 to have it shipped to you today! No purchase necessary. How did they get my phone number? And why are they texting me at 1:06am PST? This is Ridiculous!!! If Target is giving out my phone number they need to stop.
