I ordered the 14 day trial of Liposlim on December 17, 2012. The order was shipped out December 18, 2012 per the email confirmation. I did not receive the product until a week later. On January 4th, 2013 I was buying some things for my son and the bank denied my card. I new I had enough money in the bank so I did not understand why my card was denied. I called the bank and went to online banking and noticed that a company called Healthpay had taken $79.99. I called 888-628-9030/9031, the gal that answered the phone kept talking over me and was extremely rude. It wasn't until I told the lady to shut the (Inappropriate Content Removed) up and stop talking over me did she finally listen to me. She then told me that I had checked the box agreeing with their terms and conditions. She also told me that because I had opened the product that I could not return it. The bottle contained 60 tablets and at 2 pills a day would equate a months worth of product. To me this is a scam, if it is a 14 day trial at $4.95 then the contents of the trial should only be sent out. Instead they purposely send a months worth and do not tell you anywhere on their website or terms and conditions that the full bottle costs $79.99 plus $4.95 for shipping, not to mention it doesn't state that the trial is a full months worth and if opened you will not be able to return the product. I have all emails and confirmations as well as a screen shot of my bank account if needed. These people need to be stopped and they are using Dr. OZ as a back up for a product he did not even represent. Needless to say I threatened to expose their company in every way that I could unless they issued me a refund. They canceled the account and sent me a confirmation stating they have issued a refund and it may take up to 10 business days to be completed. Also in the refund email it states that I purchased the product on 12/31/12 and that is a lie. I have saved all emails to use this information as an attempt to stop this company as well as many others like it, from scamming me and many others wanting to lose weight (i.e. scams period), out of our hard earned money.

P.S. I called this number several times because the same lady hung up on me. What large company do you know hires one lady to handle the entire worlds orders in a third party sense to collect money and handle complaints? No company or organization who is legitimate does this...By the way this gal said she was located in the Philippines.
