I applied for a loan with the above company; they asked for my bank details to take and refund £1, which they did. They also informed me that if I accepted the loan, their fee was £68, I have not accepted any loan from them, but they did take £68 out of my account on the above date. Every time I try to contact them, the operators are busy, and I cannot get through. The mere fact I had to resort to such a high interest loan broker explains that I am on a low income and so simply cannot afford £68 at any time of year, let alone days after Christmas.
