Tried first to a call me at work on Saturday, 1/5. Called them back and they said I owed 448.36 for a pay day loan that I was already paying back through payroll deductions. I said I thought I was paying it back already, "attorney" claimed that was just interest and that if I did not pay back the 400 + by noon EST, I would be arrested tomorrow, bail would be $1,600 and many other horrible things would happen. As I was told I was in volation of banking regulations already they would only accept a bill pay voucher. They insisted on finding an locatino where I could purchase such a voucher and instructed me to call them back with the information to avoid incarceration. Claimed to be a law firm and VERY HOSTILE AND THREATENING.
