My parents ordered a gift for my son from the website hotdvdcollection.com. It was a set of dvds of the tv show The Office and he wanted it because it said that it contained commentary. My parents had difficulty making the purchase on line, but eventually did -- this made them suspicious, they had to go through several credit cards before it would take one. When we received the box set, the commentary did not play. I emailed the company and they said that there was no commentary, even though it said there was on the box. The company was in China, we found out. They said I could return the dvds, but that I would have to pay the (exorbitant) shipping costs and they couldn't guarentee that it would get through customs. My parents are dealing with that.

In the meantime, we found the same set on another website and I ordered it myself. The website has no reference to China, it has a US phone number and the box also said that it contains commentary. When this one arrived, it was from the same return address in China as the other one.

So, I tried to send it back, and the phone number on the web site does not go anywhere and the return address on the package does not contain a street, so it is incomplete.
Besides, that, it would cost much more to send it back then we paid for it originally. I have tried to contact the company by phone and email and have not heard back. I would like my money back 69.87 paid by credit card.

What should I do?
