After reviewing you proposed online business - MOS, which I had signed up for on 12/13 and was posted on my credit card, I decided that this was not for me. I have attempted to cancel this membership and get a refund. I have spoke to several of your Rep who guaranteed me that this was canceled and a refund would be posted. I was also informed that I would receive an email confirming that this had taken place. EMAIL: [email protected]. Below are the Reps I spoke with and dates.
12/28/12 TY; 12/29/12 Joseph - both informed me that this had been forwarded to Jackie for cancellation and confirming Email. 1/3/2013 Todd - requested that I go to mossupport.com to request this CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF $199. Please confirm by return email that this MOS membership has been canceled and a refund of $199 has been sent to my credit card company.
