Called me and said they were a ligitimate company working with microsoft and my computer was coming up as having alot of errors. He had me go to a website where he took control of my computer and showed me the errors and then told me he could fix my computer for either 1 time fee of $49.99 or 1 year of service if needed for$129.99. I told him I only had $30 in my bank account right now till the 17th when he can take out the rest. We went to paypal and i gave him the 30.He proceeded to fix my computer on the 7th of january 2013. Today my computer sometimes crashes and I have a problem with my touchpad. I tried to call and get no answer and there is no business answering machine. I checked the company and phone number on the internet and cant find the company. I soppose it is a scam and I was very stupid and not thinking correctly yesterday.
