Right before Christmas I placed an order for a U.V. light bulb and 4 Led flood lights. Light Exports took the money out of my bank immediatly and have not sent my lights. Their phone number always claims "We are busy helping other customers please leave a message" I have left many messages but never recieve a callback.

- Same here, but the voicemail box was always full, so I never got to leave a message. I e-mailed twice and sent a fax. No response. Also, the Live Chat feature on their web page was never on line. I had payed for my order with PayPal, so I filed a claim with them. The first step is to write a message which they forward to the merchant. I did that and within a few hours, my money was refunded. Still no communication from LightExport. I wonder how PayPal could contact them when I could not.
