Purchased this product hoping to clean up and speed up my computer. Got license code for the PC booster portion, which appeared to be doing something, but when I tried the anti-malware portion of the program; it did it's apparent job then asked for the license key again to clean the supposed malware but wouldn't accept it as valid. I immediate called the 24/7 support line and spoke with a young lady I could hardly understand, who told me that for the incredibly low price of $199.00; I could get a year's worth of total "live" support and that the technicians would give my computer the equivalent of a rebirth.

When I declined, citing financial reasons; she then told that I had many problems that needed to be addressed and proceeded to show me a sheet of my "problems and errors" numbering in the thousands, since I had allowed her remote privileges to my laptop.
To my jaundiced eye, this sheet of errors looked like no computer readout I had ever seen, but she continued to extoll the virtues of this magnificent program with the winning support that I had paid out almost $40 dollars for. After a heated debate about my computer and it's problems, I told her that instead of paying out any more; I would just go buy another for a few hundred. She then countered that the problems that my old computer "has" could somehow be transferred to my new one, even though there would be no contact of any sort. Now that's what I call SUPER WIFI! After a few minutes of almost verbal abuse from her about my rather dubious
mental and emotional state, I told her that I wanted a refund for this program that did not perform as advertised; and she said she couldn't do that; that I would have to take that up with customer service.

I then told her thank you and cut connections, to the point of rebooting my modem and WiFi. I will be contacting my credit card company and hopefully get these charges rescinded.
