I ordered a "free trial" ONLY last month (Dec) and paid the shipping costs of both "Vitalyze" & "Sylk Skin," which I received.
Today,1/9/13, I received another "Vitalyze," (which I never ordered) and a bill for $73.87. I do not want it, never ordered it and will not order it, but there is no way to contact this company, whether by phone or computer. I don't know what to do.

They are a scam. You will be billed again if you don't cancel the method of payment that you used. Be careful. Act fast. Same thing happened to me. several charges!
