I bought CHI hair straightener for the website http://www.chihairs-stores.ca/ and paid it with my credit card. It arrived after about 1 week, and the condition of the hair straightener is so poor so I wanted to return it back. In the website, it said that I had to contact them before returning the good, so they would tell me what to do. I emailed them right the way next day and I waited for their answer. I emailed them again around 15 December 2012, still I never got any answer. I have the broken hair straightener in my place and I don't have a complete return address. I think this is a scam business online. People need to be aware about this.
