We are trying to sell our timeshare in Cabo San Lucas and we were just informed that Resortcom requires 10% of the original purchase price as a transfer fee. Our agreement, which is less than two years old, states that the transfer fee would be $100. This change was never communicated to us. They should honor their agreement on the transfer fee.
