I apparently signed up for a magazine program with this "company" about a year ago. I tried to cancel it many times. The first time I tried to cancel it they kept sending the magazines at random times but they didn't charge me. Then recently they called to see if I wanted to renew the program. I tried to cancel it again but they said it was "too late" to cancel. It was a huge hassle and a long phone call to tell them I did not want it renewed. Then they called again a couple of weeks later. They said my last decision to not renew "did not go through" so I had to do it all over again. The man I was speaking with clearly stated that I would not be charged again. Lo and behold, they charged me again which gained me an overdraft fee with my bank. I called the company and demanded that they cancel the subscription. The woman was very rude to me and I don't even know if she truly cancelled it. Had to cancel my card to put an end to it all.
