I was rearended & wrongfully cited . I have been with State Farm for 2years . When a guy rammed me , I immediately called my insurance . Then I couldnt believe it , the cop cited me for a unsafe turn movement . I had my blinker on .Went to check my mirrors and bam! The guy slammed into me . Hard , like a missile . He hit me so hard ,He jack hammered the bed of my truck . The impact dented the right side of my tailgate . Causing me to spin around landing the opposite way that I was traveling half on the curb / Half on the street .I told State Farm Do Not accept liabilty . The cop never asked me for my statement , he arrived 40 minutes late , and his report was totally wrong . Haveing me to meet with his sargent and have him correct it. State Farm accepted liabilty without a statement from me ,a adjuster never came out to look at my truck .I have been put in a bad situation. Leaving me without a vehicle , still needing medical treatment , and with a lot of aggrevation . Haveing me to file a law suit . I paid a lawyer $250 . 00 dollars for her to just continue it till april. The only one that has been of help to me is "The Nevada Division of Insurance ". Thank The Lord . This hole incident is awful. I have never heard of being rear ended and cited . Nor not rightfully insured by my insurance company . I am in total disbelief .
