I paid £15.70 (UK) in good faith to unlock a iPhone 4 I bought from a neighbour.

Downloading the software and viewing it on installation, it advised it would jailbreak my phone. That was not advised otherwise I would not have purchased.

I requested a refund in the 7 day period, also as I hadn't used it, and they said okay. I've chased twice, but that was September, it's now January 2013.

Do not use this company - your putting your well earned money into the pocket of a scammy arsehole.
