Town North Bank & Master Card

We used my Master Crad to Book Hotel Rooms in Europe. Three to Five days before arriving we called and canceled the reservations. After returning home I call Town North Bank and complained that thes charges were fraude and should be removed. I was told that I need to show proof that I canceled the reservations but this is impossible because it was canceled by phone,,,and the Hotels in Europe have not proof that I did not call and cancel either. I am the card holder and customer of the bank and I should have the protection of the Bank and Master card but, they have refused to remove the FRAUDULENT charges. I am the customer of the bank and the Master Card Holder but I am being defrauded by both, the Bank and Master Card. Clinton Steele (Personal Information Removed)
