I was contacted in August by a Frank about advertising in the Plano Texas edition of the Quarterly. On August 8th, I received the documents that I signed online for the first add ($400). I was then contacted later that month by Michael Prosedo for a better deal and an additional $500. I also received those documents showing the agreement. I kept all paperwork. I worked with the graphic designers for the next month or so. I emailed about my copy of the magazine, but hadn't heard. With the hectic holidays, I hadn't had a chance to follow up - and now I find no site, full voicemail, and I'm out.
